Sierra Leone: Sward Koroma’s Life after housemate Salone.

Is Sward Koroma the most celebrated housemate Star?

We all know her for being intelligent, passionate, professional and her Every Child’s Dream foundation. Over the past 2 months, she has been exhibiting all of these. On the 22 of June, Sward Koroma hosted a fundraising dinner at the Golden Tulip hotel for her foundation.

(Representative from Ministry of basic and Secondary School Education )

This dinner is one of the most classic and purposeful events a national Reality star has ever done in Sierra Leone. It was well organised and was attended by State officials, Supper stars, Reality television stars and a host of other patriotic Sierra Leoneans.

(Cross-section of ECDF at Ahmed Tijan Kabba foundation)

The aim of the fundraising is to fulfiled her House Salone promises to build a practical home for deprived kids and to continue her work in promoting the free and quality education in Sierra Leone.

(Member of Every Child ‘s Dream foundation at the dinner )

During the holy months of Ramadan, she visited 5 mosques within her locality and distributed food and non-good items to Muslims. She also donated sanitary pads to schools children in the eastern part of Freetown. After the donation, she
Sensitized girls and boys on teenage pregnancy and its negative effects on our society.

(Sanitary pad donations)

She might not be the most celebrated by others but the fact remained is that she has contributed to the development of Sierra Leone than any other housemate star. Many people still have an issue with her because she did not attend most of the programs organised by other housemates. Maybe she was not in town or the programs organised were not part of her interest. She only attended Mohammed Allie “Maka Dunka” Jalloh’s “Life of a boller foundation ” and Bintu “Bibi en Didi’ Kabba’ Mabalka foundation official launchings. Which were one of the few that was aim at making a difference in our society.

She was a recipient of the Africa Achiever Award. She also received a special invitation to attend the official launching of Former President, Ahmed Tejan Kabba foundation for peace and Democracy. She is a lady on the move and is ever ready to contribute to society.

You can also be part of this project and help to change the life of deprived kids by building a practical home.

Sierra Leone: Bintu Kabba’s life after Housemate Salone.

Bintu Kabba, 21-year-old, who was dating Dwight Smith, 32-year-old, a tattoo artist and father of 3, have separated. At a time we thought that Bintu and Dwight “Bibi en Dibi” were the Romeo and Juliet of Sierra Leone. Dwight Smith engaged her in front of about 20 celebrities and viewed by millions of Sierra Leone at home and abroad. It’s might the first engagement proposal to be streamed live in Sierra Leone.

After housemate, they still continue their romantic story with the lovely photos they release every day. Everyone thought they were a perfect match. Until recently that they chose to go their different parts. Dwight was invited on the AYV ‘the trend” to talk about it. Bintu has remained silent over the issue. She has continued her romance with the king of her heart American supper star, Chris Brown.

Bintu Kabba is contributing to creating a better living condition for children and less privileged people in Sierra Leone through her charity foundation.

She officially launches her Mabalka foundation with her then-engaged boyfriend, Dwight Smith. This event which took place on 15 June at Shangrila hotel was attended by a lot of people.

During the months of June, she was making preparation to participate in Miss Herriage Africa in Ghana. But it seems she left it for a better thing. Bintu Kabba was a recipient of the African Achiever’s Award.

10 Differences between Sierra Leone and Liberia

1: Liberia has Bicameral legislature while Sierra Leone has a unicameral legislature.

In Liberia, there are two houses of the Parliament. The house of representatives, the lower house and the house of Senates, the upper house. The House of Representative is headed by the Speaker of the house while the house of Senates is headed by the Vice President of the Republic of Liberia.

{Outside Liberia Capitol building)

Sierra Leone has one legislative house which is called House of Parliament. The Sierra Leone parliament is headed by the speaker of the house. The Speaker is elected among the Parliamentarians. Some Paramount Chiefs also Sit in Sierra Leone Parliament.

2: Sierra Leone flag is original While Liberia was copied from America.

The Liberian flag is designed after the United State of America flag. The only difference is that the Liberian flag has one star instead of the 50 stars in United State flag

{P.C Envizage concept)

The Sierra Leone flag is Green, White and blue. The Green represents Vegetation, white for Justice and the blue represents the natural harbour. The Sierra Leone flag is Naturally visible everywhere.

3: Liberia President term is much longer than Sierra Leone.

The term of office of the President in Liberia is 7 years while Sierra Leone is 5 years. When I was younger I thought Former President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf was a Queen, she was in power from the time I was in primary school to the time till the time I was in University. She was the first African female President but not the longest-serving African Head of state.

Sierra Leone term of office of a President is 5 years not more than two terms consecutively. I wonder what it will be for Sierra Leoneans to have a President for 14 years.

4: Education is better in Sierra Leone than Liberia.

Sierra Leone was known as the “Athens of West Africa” because it was the centre of education and Western civilization in the world of west Africa and beyond. Even though Sierra Leone has lost that name. It still has more developed functional educational institutions than Liberia.

Liberia doesn’t have as much educational institution like Sierra Leone. The illiteracy rate high in these countries but much higher than in Liberia. There are Liberians coming to Sierra Leone for educational opportunities and sierra Leoneans attending schools in Liberia.

5: It’s easier to get a job in Liberia than in Sierra Leone.

It’s far much easier to have a job in Liberia than Sierra Leone. Although youth in these countries cry about employment opportunities, the case is worst in Sierra Leone.

{Cross-Section of Liberia and Sierra Leone Yalians at book launch )

This is due to the fact that Sierra Leone produces more graduates every year and only few businesses and companies recruit Staffs every year or are established. It’s very advisable to study in Sierra Leone and work in Liberia.

6: Sierra Leoneans youth know how to party harder than Liberians.

Liberian youth loves enjoyment very much. They love going to night clubs, drink alcohol and chill with friends. Sierra Leoneans youth know how to enjoy and party better. Sierra Leoneans can party whole night and still go to work early in the morning. From the 1 day of December to day 31 Some Sierra Leoneans every year attend festivals, Parties, chilling and night clubs non-stop.

{My Friend and I don’t like party }

Bars and night club in Liberia close much earlier than in Sierra Leone. Sierra Leoneans usually go to parties or night clubs at 12: am, come at 6:00 am and go to work at 8:00 am.

7: GST is included in the prices of goods in Sierra Leone but not in Liberia

In Liberia, the Goods and services tax is not included in the price of the goods. So one may have to pay for the good and an extra for the GST.

While in Sierra Leone the price tag on the goods is the actual price as it included the GST. Sierra Leones pay GST indirectly and Liberia directly.

8: Liberia was never colonized while Sierra Leone was.

All countries in Africa were colonised with the exception of Liberia and Ethiopia which make Liberia the oldest African Republic. Although Liberia celebrates its independent day every year. The fact remained that it was never colonised and the independent was self-proclaimed. From 1809 to 1937 Liberia was administered by American society. This must not be mistaken for colonialism. America was itself a colony, and never a colonial masters.

{Bosedeh George during the colonial era }

Sierra Leone was colonised from 1808 to 1961. It was, in fact, the centre of British administration in West Africa. It’s attained it independent on sliver plate in April 196l. Even after independence, the British Queen remained as head of state in Sierra Leone till 1971. Sierra Leone still maintains a very close relationship with its former colonial masters.

9: Land and Population Paradox

Liberia is almost two times larger than Sierra Leone. Sierra Leone and Liberia share borders. There is a lot of uncultivated land in these countries.

Sierra Leone has almost two times the population of Liberia. Sierra Leone population is 7.5 million people while Liberia is 4:7 million people.

10: Liberia has two official currencies while Sierra Leone has one.

Liberia is the only West Africa country to have two official currencies. They use the United State Dollar and the Liberia Liberty Dollar.

Sierra Leone has only one official currency which is the Sierra Leone Leones. The USD is however accepted by many as legal tender in Sierra Leone.

What would you want by next blog to be about Sierra Leone and Liberia?

These are from my personal research and opinion, stories in heard and what I saw in Liberia.

10 Similarities between Liberia and Sierra Leone

1: Ruled by foreigners

Both of these countries have been more or less ruled by foreigners.

Sierra Leone was ruled for almost 160 years by the British. Although native Sierra Leoneans took part in the administration but were just puppet. Sierra Leoneans in the colony was granted British citizenship.

{ Monument of the first President of Liberia}

Between 1841-1904 10 of Presidents of Liberia were American. They were Free slave in America that were repatriated to in Liberia. Although they can also be considered as Liberians because there are different ways a person can become a citizen of a country apart from birth.

2: Foundation Concept

4: Currency

Both Sierra Leone and Liberia currency are coloured, which make it very attractive and easy to identify the different unit. They are some countries in the world where their money is not coloured.

5: Politeness to strangers

{These boys called my Liberian friends “uncles” and they were amazed }

In Liberia when a person doesn’t know your name and want to call you, they will say ” fine boy ” “fine girl ” or ” ma men”. Which is very cool and polite. Sierra Leone calls strangers as if they were their family members. They say ” uncle ” “Aunty” ” brother ” ” sister” e.t.c

6: Staple food

Sierra Leone and Liberia are part of the countries that are known as the rice coast of west Africa. Rice is their staple food. If they don’t eat rice for a day they haven’t eating anything.

Also, most of the stew in these sister countries are similar.

S. Leone Liberia

3: Petete leaves. Potato green

4: Beans. Butter beans.

The best Jollof in West Africa is made by Sierra Leoneans.

7: Small coastal Capital city

Our capital cities are very small in area and are around the coast. Our cities are also congested due to centralization. Many people come for job, education, business and many other opportunities in our cities.

(Freetown, Sierra Leone)

In relation to the total land of our countries, the capital occupies less than 10 % but over 30 % of the population lives in the capital city.

8: Official language

The official languages for these countries are English. This makes it easy for migration between these counties. However, Sierra Leone has British English while Liberia is American English.

It’s has been more than 3 months since the biggest Reality Television show, Housemate Salone, ended. Here is an update on four of the most amazing men that were in housemate sierra Leone.

Is Mohamad Alie “Maka Donka ” Jalloh the sexiest man alive in Sierra Leone?

We all know Idris Elba, the sexiest man on earth. A British Sierra Leonean who has used his talent trade his name in the film and music industry in the U.S and the U.K and have to sell Sierra Leone. It seems Maka Donka is following his footstep. Since the end of a housemate Sierra Leone, Maka Donka has been on the spotlight and being celebrated by many Sierra Leoneans. While creating an impact in the lives of youth. He has been the proud co-host of

1: 5 Billion Stronger, king Boss L.A album launching laughing

2: Blaq faces Modeling agency, floral carpet show.

He looks stunning in all of his appearances and always entertain the guests to the maximum. We will not be surprised if he Co-hosts Miss Sierra Leone 2019.

He really loves basketball and we were extremely glad when he becomes the Public Relation officer for the Sierra Leone Basketball Association.

On June 2019, he combined his love for the sport, well being and physical fitness to lunch the ‘Life of a Baller foundation’. This event which was sponsors by Africell Mobile Company saw him on a week-long school campaign. Educating pupils about well being, nutrition and sport. And how young people can combine it for a healthier and excellence life. He was a recipient of the African Achievers Award and have been hosted in a lot of Television show in Sierra Leone.

2: Does kenchine Palmer still have the juice?

The 26-Years-Old Rapper and winner of the housemate is now the brand Ambassador of Sierra juice. People were excited to see his advert for the Sierra Ginger Juice. During independent, he was featured by Big Sister Star, kula Momoh on a video title “swit salone .” It’s had over 1100,00 view on Youtube. Even though the video was highly criticised by members of the public.

Kenchine Palmer, the guy who is 100 million leones richer has also been seen on several night clubs with different pair of shoes. He has never stopped being an incredible and funny person. Although some people believe he is taking it to the extreme. Does he care?. He was also the recipient of the Africa achievers award.

3: Was Alusine ” Timberland” Kamara really born with “raw raw” rubber spoon?

Timberland is someone with so much determination to succeed against all odds in Sierra Leone. He is the new China Nikki in many ways. He has been creating an impact ever since he came out of the house.

During the holy months of Ramadan, he launches the “Rubber Spoon foundation”. Which is aim at helping young people and less privileged people in our society. He visited over 5 mosques and did donation alongside the shokublay team.

On the 22 June, he organised the first-ever Miss Rubber Spoon Beauty competition for ladies around his community. It’s was well attended by a lot of community people.

He might have been born with raw raw rubber spoon but it seems he is changing it to a silver spoon. He was part of the people that received the African achiever’s award.

Is Henry Fonah, cooler than the coolest?

Since the time he was in the house he was one of the coolest and charming people. In spite of his coolest, he created lots of impact in the house and went to the final.

Coming out of the house, he has a “Meet and Greet party” in appreciation for the support he had from his fans. It was an exciting time seeing in attendance three of the ladies he loves so much, Monica Galewa, Jennifer Jabba and magnifier Williams. He has recently made his relationship with one of the three ladies public. Magderline williams is his news girlfriend.

He said if he wins the 100 million leones he will take his music career to the next level but did not win it. This did not stop him from continuing with his dream. He is working on his first song titled “Save the children ”

Stability and owning oneself is one of the keys to growth in life. Although most of his fellow housemates have been everywhere and engaging in self propaganda. Henry has remained cool.

Do you know of any amazing male housemate Salone star? List them in the comment below and I will write about them.

Tolu Jethro Bade: The man changing the concept of Entrepreneurship in Sierra Leone.

Tolu Jethro Bade is the man changing the concept of entrepreneurship in Sierra Leone by using photography. A Nigerian with Jamaican ancestry, he lives and works in Sierra Leone.

“When I started photography in 2017, most people didn’t respect photography or photographers as compared to lawyers and doctors. The craft wasn’t well branded as compared to the artistry and glorification it has in Nigeria for example. I had to change that perception. Today, having a camera and taking a picture is cliché. Even though it’s picking up pace slowly and it’s much admired, there’s still much effort needed to brand the profession. Photography is a very difficult ordeal which requires enormous amounts of creativity and discipline. It may be even more difficult than most professions in the world. When it comes to being a doctor, there are books you can read.

He said he is not sure there are books on how to be a creative photographer because being a photographer that stands out from the competitive crowd means discovering your own inner creativity and displaying it in ways that wow people. Knowing how to take a picture is one thing and knowing how to be a photographer is another.

Tolu loves telling stories of people and culture in Sierra Leone through pictures and depicting beautiful landscapes and sunsets.

” Photography discovered me and as a creative artist, photography is a medium in which I use to express myself mainly.”

When photography discovered him, Tolu took his time to bond with the craft by everyday practice, trial, and errors and constant learning.

“I graduated with a BSc in computer science at Njala University in 2014. My first job was a graphic designer at ‘Call to do Business’. Then I worked for UNICEF Sierra Leone for two years and Africell for one year as their graphic designer. While being a graphic designer at UNICEF, photography introduced herself to me and I fell in love with her.”

There are many Africans that want to start up businesses but usually fail because they do not take the required steps. They see education, being an apprentice and voluntarism as a waste of time but Tolu is an exception and an example to many. Today his creative studio is one of the leading studios in Sierra Leone and it is more than just a studio but a creative hub for young people.

“Envizage Concepts it’s not just about photography but about creative arts. It’s about expressing yourself as a youth and using photography, graphic design or videography to display that self-expression. Young Sierra Leoneans come to learn, get inspired and explore their own creative abilities in order to make a difference in their lives and communities by using these mediums.”

For the past 9 years, Tolu has used his skill and knowledge to inspire many upcoming gurus in his field. Ever since his establishment of Envizage Concepts two years ago, Tolu has trained more than ten youth especially females in photography wherein they used the craft as a self-confidence and self-esteem booster.

Here are a few of his mentees:

1. Camareh Sarah Kamara – Photographer, Reality Television Star and Best female Photographer 2017
2. Joy Gborie – Best female photographer 2018.

3: Grace Kamanda – freelance photographer
4. David Moore – owns Dave Images and the official Photographer of Housemate Sierra Leone 2019
5. Harold Davies – Depth Vision
6. Daniel Kamara – Model at Zee factor also a photographer.

He also provides holiday jobs and internship opportunity for young people.

” I always let any youth I train know that Envisage Concepts is not the final destination and that the world is theirs to explore. They have to make a name for themselves, impact and change lives through art.

In most African setting bosses or trainers never want their students to be self-reliant but to work for them as long as possible. This is a concept we need to change.

This 37-year-old entrepreneur has created the most classical and fascinating creative studio in Sierra Leone. His studio now is a reliable friend for most celebrities in Sierra Leone and the official creative studio for many private individuals, companies, and NGOs. Tolu regards all his clients as important clients no matter their size or age.

“I don’t grade clients by popularity, I treat everyone equally. Whether you are a young child or an elderly person, they are all important and I treat them fairly. Nobody is bigger than the other. Some just have the ability to pay more money.”

Tolu for the most part of his life has considered himself as a global citizen even though he does not possess a UN passport. This is due to the fact that he believes we are not limited to our place of birth to make an impact but wherever we find ourselves in the universe.

“It’s not about where one is from or which citizenship which one holds, It’s about what we are doing in the world we find ourselves and the impact we creating in the lives of people around us.”

How an African mum proves that all her kids are her best kids…

We live in a world that is full of conflicts and rivalry between and within countries, race, tribes, political parties, communities and families. The family which every human being belongs to has a significant part to play in these conflicts. But it’s sad to say there is also much rivalry in the family today. These have made it hard for a child at an early age to understand love, mutual respect, consideration, compromise and other human values.

My mum, Mrs Annie John, a lady in her late 40’s have always make us her children believe that we are all her best and favourites, children. These have promoted love and unity among us.

” Mama please don’t watch Tv at night till I finished my examination “

My younger brother, 14 years, Sinava John is my mum’s best child.

Her recently arrangement with my little brother amazed us very much. Sivana told her if she wants him to study, she should to not watching Television at night. She wholeheartedly accepted. My mum is someone that love movies so much she used to spend every Sunday watching movies. When she was much younger, she will leave her business to be in the cinema. Due to the love, she has for my little brother she is ready to sacrifice it. In most African home, a kid can’t mistake to say such.

” Go watch if dem don plant (braids ) you sister don”

My younger sister,19 years, Konia John is my mum’s best child.

My younger sister is enjoying her after High school life, she just braids her hair. It takes a long time before the lady could finish it and it was late. Every 10 minutes, my mum would ask us to check on her. She just keeps sending us to her and everyone notice how much she cares and love for her.

I, Bosedeh George, 24 years old, I’m my mum best child.

“You mama Lek you ooh, a yo e born?”

She has pampered me and give me the best life. Everyone that knows me will instantly know I’m for a family where I have enjoyed so much love. When I was in primary school I was believed by many people to be stupid and lazy. I lost my books almost every day and always fail my weekly spelling test. She still shows me love and gives me new books every day. She does not “beat” me very much and I am grateful for that. Whenever I failed and repeated a class, she will buy new uniforms and increase my lunch. I love my mum very much.

Her love and concern have been what have kept us all these years, it has inspired and strengthened us every day. One day we will make her the on happiest mum on earth.

Alhaji Mansaray: The Boy who dares to be a model in Sierra Leone.

“Sierra Leoneans, modelling is a career on its own, this multi-million dollar business whose worth the world has realised, it’s profit we are slow to yield because we can’t see beyond the stereotype or overlook our negative perceptions.

Alhaji Mansaray is Sierra Leone’s current representative for Mr University Africa and a runway and commercial model at Runway Angels Modelling Agency (RAMA).

Sierra Leone is a country where many parents find it hard to accept Modelling and Pageantry as a career path. Most models in Sierra Leone have experienced negative branding or have been a victim of abuse and exploitation by some so-called Sponsors and Managers.

“I will prove that there is great potential for other youngsters who chose my career path only if stay focused despite all odds”

Despite all circumstances, the 20 -year old model dares to dream and fulfil his desire to become an International (super) model. He fell in love with modelling at a tender age. His story began when he stepped on his first stage, First Face Modelling Agency, the oldest and the best modelling Agency in Sierra Leone. Since then, at 17 years, he has been modelling ever since. His family was not in support at the start, but with his drive and passion he managed to win them over.

“So I thought it fit to make my mum understand the true definition of modelling and Pageantry and she understood. It’s was a lot of consideration because of our stringent Madingo background. She realised I love my career and accepted”

2018 was a year of mixed blessings, he was crowned Mr planet -Sierra Leone, a competition he was supposed to represent Sierra Leone in Atlanta, Georgia; but couldn’t because of financial overburden. With what seemed like scattered hopes and dreams, he still emerged champion of Mr P- Lax a local male pageant competition.

“It was a bittersweet experience, I believe it was destiny. It is still not late for me to pursue that crown but God’s time is the best. I may not have been ready when compared to the maturity and experience I have now. Becoming Mr P- Lax just made me realise that I have to do more especially now that I have people looking up to me”

Alhaji Mansaray is competing in Zainab sheriff ‘s Zee Factor Fashion Reality TV show. As a proud Ambassador of Sierra Leone, we all should support him as he raises our flag in Nigeria come August. In the University of Sierra Leone, Fourah Bay College, he is studying for a Bachelor Degree. He still devotes his time and resources to ‘Every Child’s Dream Foundation’. A charity organisation focused on providing educational materials to derived kids. Alhaji is on a quest to change the concept of modelling in Sierra Leone.

“Sierra Leoneans, modelling is a career on its own, this multi-million dollar business whose worth the world has realised, it’s profit we are slow to yield because we can’t see beyond the stereotype or overlook our negative perceptions.

If the modelling industry grows, dreams, as well as endless opportunities and possibilities, can be realised. Let us support each other in the name of patriotism. When he wins, we all win. We will experience growth if we change our mind.

My goal at this time is to emerge as Mr University Africa, so I am compelling potential sponsors to make my journey lighter. It’s not an easy task and I need the backing of Mama Salone just as other African Nations look after their own”

Sierra Leone: The Untold Story of Agatha Levi, From Ebola centre to Washington DC.

“My desire to service humanity was birth at the Young African Leadership Initiative (Yali ) in Ghana and was nurture and mature at the Mandela Washington fellowship in the USA ”

Agatha Levi has been a victim of circumstances and her story is the true African girl story of trials, discriminations, reliance and fulfilment.

2014, when Ebola virus diseasehit Sierra Leone, over Eight thousand people were infected and more than Three thousand died. The virus spread because of a lot of reasons and one of which was inadequate trained, qualifies and willing staffs. This was the time Agatha sent in her application and was given a position as a cleaner at one of the Ebola treatment centre. At first, the Human Resource Manager refuses to employ her knowing she was a holder of Higher Teachers Certificate and soon to have a Bachelor Degree but she insisted.

” it’s was not about me or my degree but was about the people of my country, whom I so love”.

She was very aware that family and friends will discriminate and stigmatizing people working in Ebola treatment centres. She never told her family that she was clearer until her hard work and her desire to service paid her. She was later promoted as a Community Health Supervisor in charged Health Promotion Data for western Area rural, Freetown through Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Switerzland Ebola intervention in Sierra Leone. Her family were shocked and surprised and grateful when they had the story.

She has been a person that is ready to shake the unshakeable and tell the world that there is no limitation to which a person can do in life.

When Agathe was born, her father wanted her boy rather than a girl. she lost her mother at a very tender age and was solely raised by her Grandmum and Anties. She did not enjoy the privileges a child should enjoy and was derived from a lot of things. She went through her senior secondary school education at one of the best School in Sierra Leone, St Joseph Secondary School. She continue her education and study to attain a High Teacher Certificate at Milton Margai College of education but was face by financial challenges. She became pregnant and suffer the Agony of Teenage Pregnancy and mum in Sierra Leone. Teenage mums in Sierra Leone are victims of abuse and discrimination by friend and family member. Sometimes they are not given any proper medical attention and find it very hard to have their basic needs. Most of the men involved with teenage pregnancy are older men who will not take full responsibility. At some situation, these teenagers are driven from their home. Even though Agatha did not undergo all of these, she had her share of the agony. She wonders why the girls are always blamed for Teenage Pregnancy and not the boys.

Her pregnancy was indeed a turning point in her life. Withstanding all obstacles, she went to complete her education which is unusually for Teenage mums. Her quest for education and knowledge move her to the University of Makeni, to study for a Bachelors of Art, Mass Communication.

Since she was away from Freetown, where all these ugly incident happened, she dreams of a normal life. Not knowing the worst is yet to come. On a very unfateful day,

” I was gang Rap by four men in the University of makeni”

This incident tears her up, break her self esteem to noting and she was stigmatized again. In Sierra Leonean and other parts in West Africa, it’s safe to be a perpetrator of rape than the victim. Rape victims are molested, shamed daily and call names such as ” “free girl ” ” raray girl ” and so on, while the Perpetrators walk freely. This was the dark side of life Agatha was undergoing. The issue of rape in Sierra Leone and other West African nation is very rampant. Only last year 2,900 rape cases were reported and treated by the Rainbo Centres across the Country but not up to 200 men were brought to book. Most of the Perpetrators of rape are friends, close relatives, Spiritual leaders, Men in high position, Teachers, House helps and acquaintances. Few of these evil men are brought to book.

Agatha knew it was not the end of her life and she wanted to overcome. He applied for the Young African Leadership initiative Program and was selected. She stays in Gimpa, Ghana for 5 weeks were she undergo several practical teaching, finding solution lasting solution to West Africa problems, networking with like-minded individual and restoring her self esteem. She went back to university and finished her course and graduated as the best female student in the Department Of Mass Communication, Unimak.

And still, she wanted more, she applied and was selected for The Mandela Washington Fellowship program in the USA and stay in the USA for 6 weeks.
